Extremely disappointed with my experience. I hired this company to repair my dishwasher, and the technician (Will) told me the part would arrive within 3–4 business days. After waiting a full week with no update, he stopped responding to my text messages altogether. Then, out of nowhere, I received a call from the company saying he was no longer able to fix it. This was completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I expected clear communication and follow-through, but unfortunately, I got neither. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Very Very Bad Service Provided. I hired them for the issue i had with the Induction Cook top, It was giving me Error, The Error was Left burner was not working. I knew it from the Beginning. The Technician came to my House and try to fix it, he worked on it for 15 Mins and was not able to fix it and he charged me 80$ for the services and told me Next time he wont charge any service fees. I called him recently for the same and they said he is going to charge me again because that was the Charge for Diagnosis of the issue, Which i was aware from the beginning that we had issue with the Left burner (Based on the Error Code it was giving on the Induction Cook Top).
My husband made an appointment with Somerset Appliance Repair Pros to troubleshoot our malfunctioning refrigerator. It wasn’t freezing food and I was afraid for the meat to be spoiled. It turned out it was due to a broken thermostat. This appliances repair team fixed it expertly and I was really happy. Good job!
