I entered the building in a tremendous amount of pain and my initial encounter with their front office administration staff, was very professional, accommodating and helpful.
The dental assistants were very attentive to my needs and both doctors that I engaged with were extremely informative. The doctor that conducted my procedure did a fine job. Pricing may be a bit high depending on insurance coverage but I would recommend.

Billing department is a nightmare. I gave this place 3 chances when they regularly were not upfront with pricing. The office staff was rude and knows what they are doing when they hit you with surprises. I asked 3x if something was covered. The office manager assured me it was. Then hits me with a $300 bill. We waited 2 hours in a chair for my last visit. Then another hour and a half at this visit. Office manager talked rude about me to my child. I am not an angry person yet this place has taken me out of character 3 separate times due to their actions. I don’t know how the reviews on here are so high when on yelp, many ppl have had the same problem that I did. They have an average of 2 stars there. Please check before you go here. Horrible experience that I have never had anywhere else. I’m sure it was due to my skin color I was treated this way. One receptionist labeled me angry in my son’s chart and I saw it on his screen. Calling a black woman “angry” is unacceptable when I calmly complained about a surprise bill. Stay clear of this business.

I recommend coming here if you want your insurance to suddenly cover nothing. I’ve been to several dental offices over the years, and I’ve never had an issue with insurance, until I came here. I was surprised when the front desk staff told me that I’m a “big girl now” and can’t use my parents’ insurance as my primary. For context, I’m in my 20s and have always had multiple forms of insurance. Every other dental office has simply used the one that covers the most, which makes sense and minimizes out-of-pocket costs.
When I asked if there would be a copay, since I’ve never had to pay one at the dentist before coming here. I was met with attitude and told, “There’s always going to be a copay,” which is simply not true based on my experience and coverage. Last time as i was walking out the door they told me i had to pay a “copay” which was news to me.
The worst part? I was already in the chair, mid-appointment, when they decided to tell me my insurance wouldn’t be covering the procedure. At that point, I chose to get out the chair and walk out. It felt like they were more interested in getting paid than providing clear, upfront information about costs. I’ve had the same insurance for years, and suddenly it “covers nothing”? That’s suspicious.
