Kevin and his staff were great. Kevin was knowledgeable and talked me through my post surgical recovery. The facility is nice and Kevin is a really cool guy to chat with. I've had other physical therapy experiences and none were as beneficial as my time at Professional PT

I was a Hand Therapy patient for over a year. I started there post surgery after a trigger thumb release, then continued secondary to a chronic condition involving both hands. Elizabeth (Liz), my primary therapist , was exceptional. She is passionate brillant and quite personable. She would always ensure exercises were done correctly. I was also blessed to have Jack, another excellent hand therapist. Additionally, the hand therapist assistants and front desk and scheduler Coleen, were all excellent. Staff is wonderful. Kevin Kurtz, co-owner and lead PT allowed a co PT to not adequately work on my issue, then acknowledged he did that. Then in my opinion, he did the same thing. Isn't that insurance fraud? He told me and he told a co-worker he prefers patients to do the work on the machines to him doing work with his hands. This is coming from a physical therapist! He makes fun of elderly patients, says they smell like "cheese". He throws fits of rage, has mood swings, takes money from patients he can't help and acknowledges he'll take their money.
