I’ve been really impressed with this gym. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the facility is consistently clean every time I’m there. The new equipment is a great addition, and I’m really looking forward to the upcoming expansion.
Another thing I appreciate is the overall vibe—most of the customers are friendly, and there’s no attitude or ego. Lots of head nods, and smiles, which makes the environment feel comfortable and positive. Overall, a great place to work out and stay motivated.

The machines work very well, have a lot of variety from beginner friendly to advanced equipment. The managers and all the workers are always so friendly and open to help you out with anything you need. The bathrooms and sauna is maintained and clean. Can’t wait for the expansion, I already know it’s going to be a great space.

What a great community gym and positive atmosphere. Location in a shopping center but not the same as other franchise gyms. Under new management and you can tell with the continuous improvements the gym is undergoing. Since PJ started as leadership of General Manager, there has been nothing but positive improvements to classes offering and gym equipment. More to come and they are expanding to more space with a larger indoor turf area. They have AI technology two treadmills with interactive media so you can mimic going on hikes with treads that move up and down like you are on a physical hill or mountain.
