I was living out of the state and a water pipe in the furnace room burst. I was referred to Air Comfort Technology by my Contractor. I called up Joseph and explained what happened. He got there the same day and addressed the situation. He ordered the part and did the repair in the same day. I was happy I was able to afford it too ! I will never forget him coming to my rescue in an emergency situation, especially since I was not able to be there myself.

Air went out on a Thursday night. They got the call from our warranty company Friday AM. the tech came out on Friday evening, determined it was a motherboard that needed to get replaced. He informed me it would take till Monday to get it in. Came back on Monday, part in hand, and fixed my air. Very pleasant tech, nice to work with. Great attitude in the sweltering heat of the attic where my AC is.
