Had a lock handset to be installed. Dion came in a day to install. Knows what he is doing and pretty educated in locksmithing. Personable, careful and neat. Would highly recommend.

Dion was excellent at changing all my locks and bolts. I was very impressed at the end when he asked me to try the new keys on both doors. Very nice and pleasant! I would definitely request him again as I get my locks changed once a year anyway.

Dion from Titan Lock and Key did great work. He responded to my emergency lock out call and got to the property within 10 minutes on a Friday night. He got us in without damaging the lock and the cost was reasonable given the after hours call. We will use Titan for all our lock and key needs from now on. Thanks again Dion!
