We had a dead skunk trapped under our house. Christian arrived the next morning earlier than scheduled. The animal was wedged tight under our very small space and it looked hopeless. But Christian did not give up. He devised a tool with hangers and long rods. he then spent a very long time capturing the skunk under the house with the tool. It was a very hot day and this was a very difficult task. Christian went above and beyond the call of duty. If i ever have a pest problem again I will be calling Ross and asking for Christian! Since I moved into my new house I decided it was time to find a pest control that could come quarterly to make sure pest doesn't come into the home. and I have to say when we first moved in I noticed different types of pest in the house. Now that Ross comes around quarterly I have seen almost zero pest. Anytime I called them they were here within 2 days! Everyone there is professional and kind! highly recommended them!
