I knew a little about the problem before I called them, But I don't have the patience to do that kind of work.They answered every question I had, and I ask alot of questions. We had 3 old toilets , none of which flushed right. One you had to hold the handle for 5 seconds,one you had to juggle etc. I called several plumbers to request estimates to replace the innards. Mike Pecora was the only one who replied in a timely manner. He and his assistant tried to fix each toilet and they were all so old, with outdated hardware, that we accepted his reasonable offer to replace them all. He replaced them all within 24 hours and did some other minor jobs while on site. A couple weeks later we called about a leaking water line in our fridge and he had a team at our door in about 15 minutes.
