Mike came when he said he would. He kept me in the loop as he got closer to arriving at our condo. He assessed the situation and offered a solution and completed the job in less than one hour.
Loved his attention to detail, Very efficient
Upon arriving to our shore house on a cold Friday night we found our heater not working and the house was 42 degrees. We called Mikey and he told us he would be out in 45 minutes to an hour - which he was! Not to mention we were given several text notifications of his eta! He was wonderful - diagnosed our problem within minutes and had it resolved quickly! The house was back to a warm and cozy temperature in no time!!!
