To say that Bob Zale has been a blessing would be an understatement . That goes for his assistant Gianna as well. Living over 700 miles away when my brother passed, not being able to leave and be there right away was very difficult. They went out of their way to help us navigate everything long distance, answering all my questions and easing all my concerns. While losing a family member is never easy, their guidance, compassion and devotion to helping us greatly eased the stress level. Bob has taken care of our family for decades and treats us as if we were his. He is extremely patient and genuinely kind. Words could never fully express how thankful we are for him and his staff.
