As a second generation McAllister, now, Princeton affiliated customer in Atlantic County, I am pleased to report another successful system installation. This year it is a state-of-the-art Combi water heater and HVAC installation at the Shore in Atlantic County. Scheduling for my convenience was a breeze. All the technicians were professional, respectful, cheerful and informative as ever. By the second day the installation was complete, manual provided & questions answered. Headquarters staff was also very helpful in scheduling my A/C system maintenance at the same time as all the other work beating the start of the summer season.
Technician Julian number 416 very professional, courteous, answered all my questions noted that apart on the air conditioning unit was starting to be weak as it was still under warranty I told him to proceed with fixing it. I'll give Julian 10 Stars.
Continued good service, i can see why they have been service the public for over 100 years.It was a good learning lesson today that you have to deal with good people. Like the one's at McAllister. Been with them for 37 years.
