I immediately sent Shanyse a message on IG and told her I would be using her services if and when I decided to get my locs combed out because I loved her results. I had such a beautiful experience at Phenom Muse Salon. From the moment I walked in, the owner Shanyse and her apprentice Octavia were incredibly warm, welcoming, and inviting. They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly intentional about caring for my hair.
I appreciated how they took the time to educate me and share helpful tips I can actually use. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and about healthy hair overall. I’m genuinely excited to watch my hair flourish under Shanyse’s care.

I came with pretty damaged hair due to a relaxer and health issues, but i was taken care of completely. I had a fantastic wash, deep condition, steam treatment, blowdry and cut. I had to get a lot cut off, but i have a plan of action now that makes me confident i can grow it back. Come here if you care about hair healthy first.
