This is not a shop where you book online and have to wait 20-30 minutes after your appointment time. If you book at 10:30 you’ll be in the chair within five minutes of your appointment time. After I called the second time needing to move an appointment for 2 of my boys, and we had trouble figuring out what time would work, Chase offered to come in early. He went above and beyond to accommodate us, and it was very appreciated. He also does a great job on my boys cuts. I highly recommend him!“
