I had an AC condenser unit which didn't come on when I started the system. I called one of the big HVAC outfits and when the tech came, he told me that the compressor was shot, and since the system was over 10 years old, we should get a new one which would have cost about 17K. A friend recommended Temp-Stat who had installed her new system for much less. So, I called Temp-Stat for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. Turns out I didn't need a new system or compressor. The tech pointed out a breaker switch and said to just clean the coils once a year. I am so grateful to Temp-Stat and appreciate their knowledge, honesty and reasonableness. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Frank Savarese and his crew are the best in the business. Ive called Frank on a Sunday and he came right over. Just recently had a guy out within the hour. He installed my system and his price was the best. Couldn't recommend him more.
