Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I booked an appointment, took off work, and drove to the location, only to be told last minute that my appointment needed to be moved due to the stylist double-booking herself. This was communicated poorly and after I had already arrived. Also never receive a call or anything about it.
When I explained that I was on a tight schedule and could not accommodate a later time, I chose to cancel. The refund process was then unclear and frustrating. I was told conflicting information about whether the stylist was responsible for issuing the refund or if I needed to dispute it with my bank.

Please do your homework, before booking with Reeka’s Hair Studio. The owner was very rude during the initial call and sent me to her website…that was my red flag!! I was trying to give the salon a play. So after following her lead, I made appt! Remind you, I have no info on who works at the shop. So I booked appt and the owner called me back and said “I just told you, (like, I’m her child) I don’t do same day appointments!” So, I asked why would you system allow me to do it and she couldn’t answer the question.., instead she became argumentative over the phone. Very nice and helpful! She braided down my hair for me in the same day and she braids very fast and neat. Her workplace is also very clean and she’s very professional. I am satisfied.
