Great massage, very professional. The workers did a great job.

Went to use two gift cards I had purchased a while ago. Was told that the amount was much less than the face value. I asked why and they had no explanation but said they would call with an answer.

Instead they just charged my card with no explanation. I tried contacting them multiple times before writing this review. No one ever responded.

I have been going to massage envy since August of 2023. All but one massage, I worked with Lisa who is amazing!! Every appointment she checked in with me, asked how I was feeling and if I felt anything needed more attention, and showed that she genuinely cares about her clients and their health. I highly recommend Lisa! She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with.

However on the business end, even after I ended my contract for personal reasons, I was still charged when my contract should have been voided. I had to provide my cancellation paperwork again, even though they should have had it on file. (My advice is to always take a picture of all contracts...read full review

I absolutely love my aromatherapy massage!! The spa is always clean and inviting. Staff is very professional. I love, love Sasha!!! Great personality, great massage therapist. Sasha has me cloud walking when I leave 😀
