I've been to this location a couple of times the people are nice there the healthcare professionals are Very competent. The problem is the wait time so long it's just a matter of how much staff they have and when you go. Still better than the ER.

It is convenient. Only reason I have gone there. There is no customer service. The staff doesn't seem to care that you are there. We have been there three times in the past three months. We alway get the PA. She is not very comforting nor does she know what she is doing. How do you go for a sinus infection, only checked my ears and throat. What about up my nose and pressing on the sinus cavities like I have had done before at my old primary. We have needed two different prescriptions to be sent over to the cvs right across the street. They never sent them over. It is frustrating. We are going there to be taken care of and trusting for good medical advice. Their follow through is awful. So here i am again, waiting on hold for 20 minutes to find out why my prescription was never called in. Still holding ....
