Unsanitary — and I don’t use that word lightly. I recently visited this salon as I’m new to the area and looking for a place that offers quality nail care. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was extremely concerning. The nail technician had just finished a pedicure for the client next to me, and without sanitizing or changing anything, she immediately began working on my feet. She used the same brush to clean my feet that she had just used on the previous client, along with the same tools, with no attempt to disinfect them in between.
I had to ask her to please sanitize before using — she was kind & receptive, but it was clear that it was common practice for them to not sanitize their tools before servicing new clients.
The salon was also quite filthy. It was very easy to see the porcelain floors and the beautiful imagery online, but in person you can tell that they rarely invest in cleaning or sanitizing. I set at the chair closest to the wall, and the entire ledge was filled with pounds of dust and filth.
One of the nail technicians was communicating with her clients that were waiting in a very inappropriate way. I think that because the service clients that are from some of the lower income areas in Seville, they’ve developed a very interesting way of servicing their clients because they may view them as less than.

Lynn- the owner of 42nd St. Nail salon in Sicklerville-was so disrespectful towards my mother! There was a call that came in for the technician who was giving my 81y/o mother a facial wax. Lynn threw the phone in my mother's lap. The tech was so angry at Lynn for her rudeness towards my mother that she hung up on the caller. I did not find out about this until after mom left the establishment. She pleaded with me not to confront Lynn and out of respect for my mother I didn't. I have seen and heard just how rude she can be. I will let it be known through several websites just how disrespectful and rude this owner can be. There is absolutely NO reason for ANYONE to be so rude to an 81 year old person.

Best in the area, hands down! Family like atmosphere. Lynn’s dedication to her craft and loyalty to her clientele and co-workers is what keeps me coming back over and over again. Five ⭐️!!!

one of the worst nail salons i have ever been. customer service is awful! the owner is very rude. i've had three different nail techs and they all rush their work and barely know what they doing NEVER coming back here again.

Mr Lee, Stephanie and staff are a great team. Majority of visits I have no appointment and my wait time is less than 15 minutes unless they tell you otherwise. But that's up to you regarding time of day, near holiday, etc but my walk-ins have been btwn 10:30a thru 530p any day of the week. Prices are better than most and quality is definitely better than most. Atmosphere and various clients are engaging and relaxing all day the same time. Sent husband and male neighbor and the both loved the workmanship, staff and environment.

This place was so bad I would rate it a zero but that’s not possible so they get a 1. The work was sloppy and rushed the customer service was horrendous. The ladies were extremely rude. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !! Where you can actually get your services properly done I’m truly disappointed with my nail it is beyond sloppy.Service: Acrylic nails

The owner Lynn is very nasty and does not acknowledge her customers. She wouldn’t even raise her head to say how can I help you. If wasn’t for Lee I wouldn not come here. Two elderly people came in and she is right at the door and she never once said a word to them what a RUDE woman??♀️??♀️Service: Eyelash extensions
