I expressed a concern about a policy to the woman at the front desk, and then could hear her talking about it to a coworker. Very rude and unprofessional. Entire business is a money grab. My physician assistant was great, but not great enough for this place.

I scheduled an appointment to see a doctor, and when I got to the office, I was told that the doctor didn't work there, but I could see their nurse. When I said I was confused because I had scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor, the receptionist tried to persuade me to accept seeing the nurse instead. Furthermore, the place is a dump and the receptionist was rude.

Zero stars. Still waiting for a phone call from the beginning of March regarding the blood test with all the numbers in red π€·π»ββοΈ guess they expect me to diagnose myself. Absolutely unacceptable. P.s. I have never been able to access my portal and the office has been aware of that for years.

I have been with Red Bank Medical for 26 years. The doctors and PA's are very good. Easy to get an appointment. Good hours and a very friendly front desk. Everyone is helpful and all my questions have always been answered.

I give one star to the incompetent front desk workers. I would give 10 stars to Dr.Marza and her fellow doctors on staff. . My husband has visited the office not once but twice to pick up a form necessary for his new job. First, the front desk said they didnβt know if it could be done in a week. They would call him. The next day we went back and they said they couldnβt find this personal Document that just needed one section completed and a stamp. They then said Dr. Marza has had it on her desk and they didnβt know when she would get to so this. This is unacceptable. The entire form was filled out by my husband but the one section that doctor signature required. The office staff cannot assist with this? Unacceptable. We will see if it is done tomorrow or a complaint will be filed. Please upgrade your front desk staff. This is the third issue in less than a year we have had. Only stay here because the doctors are great. Unfortunately once the front desk is involved the experience is stressful and unprofessional at best.

The only reason why there are 2 stars is because Dr Marza is patient and knowledgeable. She is a privilege to have as a doctor if you can request her. Recently, I had to see Sheila Reno while she was out. Needed 2 prescriptions sent to University Radiology - the office sent in the wrong one. Day of my appointment I called the office over 5 times to have the corrected script sent over. They kept pushing back saying they sent over the right one then proceeded to argue with the office staff at University Radiology. This office turned an already stressful time into an even worse experience and I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Staff are rude over the phone and do not give you all of the proper information to make timely appointments. Staff and doctors have not listened to me when I am physically present in office, as well as are defensive and rude when confronted with being wrong or having to be proactive. Environment is hostile. Dr Salcedo is excellent despite this, and this review is not about her. She is a good and kind doctor. Donβt go to this office if she is not there as you will only be met with consistent bad attitudes.
