Great place! The staff is friendly, salon is clean, and my nails always come out perfect. I really enjoy the relaxing shoulder massage while getting my nails done too. My technician is professional and pays attention to every detail.
I have been coming here for almost a year. I really like my manicurist and she does a great job but the people running this place have no idea how to schedule appointments. I always call ahead and I arrive on time, but I always have to wait 15 -20 minutes. It’s very frustrating!!!!!
The previous management was great but ever since their new management in 2023, it’s gone down hill. Manicurists are still great but the management can do better at communicating timing with you. I waited 30 mins for my reservation and they didn’t seem to care or share the status.
