It was a great experience!! I showed a picture of the haircut I wanted but I was confused about what type of haircut it was, but Julia explained it and I got what I wanted!! She was a fun and personable person to chat with!
Inexpensive, basic haircut, they gave me what I asked for and there wasn't a long wait. I'm seeing some variations in reviews, so maybe it depends on who you get, but I was happy with this place.
