10/10 BEST SERVICE EVERRRRR!! I had such an amazing experience with Jay for my facial! My skin is literally glowing and feels so refreshed. She was professional, gentle, and really knew what she was doing. Even the owner complimented how radiant my skin looked after 😍✨ I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Jay if you want that real glow!
My friend and I had an amazing experience at Icebox Cryotherapy in Short Hills, thanks to J. She was extremely knowledgeable about the services and products, explaining everything clearly and making us feel comfortable right away. Despite the place getting quite busy, she managed to give every guest the attention they needed with such professionalism and care. Her hospitality really stood out, and she made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough, especially thanks to the excellent service we received from J! I look forward to going back.
I visited once for myself and even if cold therapy didn't turn out to be my thing, the service was excellent. Came back with my daughter for skincare and the treatment as well as the service was excellent. I am certainly a fan now and would highly recommend spoiling oneself with a visit. The relaxing atmosphere is top notch and the highest selling point of the place. Plus great staff
