I was very pleased with my Virtua PT team on Hurffville-CrossKeys Rd. They evaluated me and addressed my shoulder issue with various exercises and stretches that helped me quickly. In each half-hour session, I had plenty to do, not wasting of time. I also have stretchy bands and exercises to use at home to continue stretching and strengthening now or for use with future shoulder pain. Thank you to the therapists (Ashley Nel, Sherry End, and Mark Z) for all of their assistance.
Josh and Jason did an outstanding job with me on my therapy, the exercises that were giving to me to do help build my arm, I appreciate the work that Josh and Jason has done and I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone ask for Josh and Jason, thank you guys George
