Geraldo and his crew worked with me for the past 3 months (after shoulder surgery) first on range of motion, and then on strength and stability. The whole time keeping it fun and enjoyable. As an avid motorcycle racer, my goal was to get back in shape for this racing season. Last weekend, I put my shoulder to the test at one of the toughest off-road races on the East coast. While my riding abities may not have been quite up to par, the shoulder performed well! 😀😀😀
