As far as the staff goes, 5 stars!!! As far as the facility goes, I think it’s a bit out-dated for the times we’re living in. It’s difficult to get a good night sleep because of the noise staff and patients make. ie; Patients leaving tv’s on all night. The biggest challenge for me was that they were not in compliance with ADA Toilets for being a Rehab Facility. This was a major challenge for myself. The staff was kind enough to help me and understood the importance of having an ADA toilet. I’m hoping that this will change in the coming days/weeks.
Incredible team. I had a great experience working with Dr Zarzour who provided comfort throughout the whole process being diligent in making data driven decisions. I was recommended to this practice and they exceeded my high expectations.
