Ken and his crew installed a new roof on our house yesterday in 1 day, including the wood panels. I know Ken to be honest and easy to work with. I consider him a friend to our family. He does his very best to be accommodating to your needs. His entire crew showed up on time and, more importantly, ready to work. They worked as a well-experienced crew and were overseen by their site supervisor, Chuck, who paid attention to EVERY detail. They completely cleaned up. Their dumpster was removed the very next day. Outstanding job by the crew and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It was a no pressure sales visit by David and Ken and Shannon in the office were phenomenal. Chuck who as the field foreman was here during the whole process and was very accommodating and made sure all of our concerns were met. When the job and cleanup were done you would never have known that they just stripped and replaced the food all in one day. Recently, we had a small leak on our 20 year-old roof, so we reached out to multiple contractors for guidance—both for a repair of the leaky area and/or outright placement of the entire roof and gutter system.To David, and Ken Morton’s credit, they stand alone as THE ONLY ones to promptly investigate and address the leak before getting into full replacement estimate.From start to finish on both the repair, and replacement quote, David took the time to explain his findings, how to address it, options going forward, and the reasons behind it.
