Eric was out for an estimate on a Friday. He stated their was approximately a four week wait to have the fence installed. I asked when should I hear back from him on a quote. He stated the latest Monday and that he send me an email and a text. I have yet to hear from him. If you are not going to follow through with an estimate why bother coming out.

I signed a contract with Burger fence on 12/11/2024 and paid a large deposit. The contract stated 4-5 weeks for installation. It's almost 4 months now and they still haven't done the installation. they have not called me one time since taking my money. They don't answer my calls or respond to my messages I leave. They won't give me an install date or my deposit back. I am having to go to court to get my deposit back. Do not use Burger Fence Company!

I was really surprised and disappointed in the terrible experience we had working with Burger. We originally chose them for a fence because they’re well known in the area, gave a fair price, and have done other fences in our community. However, after being told 4-5 weeks for installation, communication was terrible. My husband would call to check in and get no answer or call back. Emails would go unanswered. After over 3 MONTHS of no communication or update on when our fence would be installed, we called a different company. It was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend Burger Fence.

Berger Fence #4 in place. Quality (one fence 20+ years old) and service is excellent. One fence pushed over in major snow storm. Called Berger in May. Two days later fence was fixed. No charge. Friendly and helpful staff in the office.

So Ed emailed me saying they will be here between 1-3. Noone ever came but I got a email at 130 saying $2400 no explanation or anything just the price. I emailed saying noone came, he claims he came and that the picture I sent was enough to give a estimate. So with that I take it as he lied, never came and just used the picture. I had 2 other companies came out 1 said $1200 another $1500 and they explained exactly what needed to be done. So not only double the price, a lazy work ethic to not come out and meet the person that needs a service. No wonder on yelp and other sites they are 3 and lower in ratings.

I contacted multiple fence companies in the area and Burger Fence were the only ones that returned my call. Worked with Ed Smith and they were great, upfront, and honest about the whole process.
