The provider I normally see is retiring so I scheduled this over two weeks ago with a nurse then. I get a text message that the night before at 9 o’clock at night at the that the nurse is still out being sick. I get it so their automatic system tries to reschedule me for a Sunday on Father’s Day. When i called and reschedule an appointment, it’s another two weeks out before you can get back in, which is ridiculous. On top of that they won’t call you. Dr. Toome and Lisa were great. The procedure was completely pain-free, very professional, and they explained everything along the way so I knew exactly what was happening. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I'm confused by the lower rated reviews so I wanted to include my review to help. I've been seeing Dr. Toome for a couple of years now. The office staff are always very quick and helpful when I call for appointments or questions. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone from the front of house staff to the nurses are always very kind and willing to answer any/all questions I have. Dr. Toome is always direct and to the point which I love.
