Looks like their physical location is permanently closed. As you can see in the pic they have cleaned out the place. I hear from the concierge that they come to pick up clothes and offer sevice so I might look into it. I had to drive in to JC today to find alternative dry cleaner which wasn't ideal. Few times I used this place they were friendly and had decent service.

I took 3 pair of pants here to hem. The hem job was excellent. They refer out clothes for alterations. I took them in on a Wednesday and they said Friday 4pm they would be done. No they weren't. Saturday I called in at 11 am and they still hadn't arrived yet. Called again after 1pm and they indicated the pants were there. I arrived there at 4 pm to pick them up, but they were closed. That was my bad, should have checked theirs operating hours. Long story short, I didn't have them for the weekend and that bummed me out. Again, the hem job was perfect. The guy at the counter was nice, although I wish he would have offered me some assistance with measuring the hem job I needed. I am clueless about these kind of things. Perhaps he was too about alterations. He had a tough enough job finding clothes in racks that aren't automated. He must have a system but that looked like hard work to me.

I needed a dress altered for a wedding in 2 days and they came through for me! After a small misunderstanding regarding the work that needed to be done and a quick phone call to the tailor, they were able to alter the dress and have it ready in 1 business day. The work looks great and the dress fits perfectly!
