First of all not obvious it’s a lab . I asked where the lab was , went into the building and it just said optum. It had no indication of lab corp. went to second floor, it said optum powered by lab corp . It’s not helpful. Walked in at 5 pm and it closes at 5:30 pm. So they had already closed the place up before it was closed. I mean.

I want to report urgently the extremely heart wrenching experience which me and my son had at the Secaucus LabCorp location. Unfortunately I had to go second time today ( went yesterday as well due to emergency)to get my son's blood test ( my son has fever 105 since 5 days and hasn't slept and had gone to doctors office with antibiotics shot just before our visit to the secaucus location for blood test) and he was very scared and crying . The ladies did not confirm right number of tests that were required and poke needle two times on my already scared and sick son. Yanet was a sweetheart she made me feel comfortable and made the process so fast and less painful I will recommend for anyone to come to this facility to get their Lab work down very nice and quiet place thank you for a good experience !
