Lauren is absolutely amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable and takes the time to assess what is bothering you so she can address your needs appropriately. I have been suffering with lower back stiffness and poor neck mobility. I have tried chiropractic care, PT and massages. I was starting to feel that this is just the pain I need to live with. After a few treatments with Lauren, my lower back is less stiff and I am starting to regain mobility in my neck.
