“I had the BEST experience here! I came in wanting to go from virgin black hair to a bright copper shade, and the stylists absolutely nailed it.

When I arrived, I wasn’t completely sure which copper tone would suit me best, so I showed them several inspiration photos. They were incredibly patient, took the time to walk through the options with me, and made sure we landed on the perfect color. Since this was such a major transformation, I really appreciated how careful and thorough they were throughout the process. They took their time with the lightening, tested the color on a strand first, and made adjustments before applying it to my entire head to ensure the result was exactly right.

Once we finalized the color, their attention to detail was amazing. The application was meticulous, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth and quick, which I appreciated. Checkout, however, felt a bit rushed. I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.
