It was not an ordinary renovation, inasmuch as the whole house had to be lifted three courses, install a staircase, reconnect all the plumbing and electric (that had also been severed as the house was lifted), create two new bedrooms, family room and bathroom…and make the whole house look like it was originally built that way.
