“Can I just say what a healing, warmth and light Lucia has become in my life! She drains my lymph system and released the pressure in my neck and face and generally make me feel so much better. I have been seeing her once a week for a couple weeks now and I feel like there is a real difference in the way I look and feel. Love Lucia’s Healing Healthy Heart!!”
“Loved the "Bee Balanced" Class with Danna. She took the time to review the fundamentals of some postures that we forget over time and lead to bad postures or worse...injuries. The gentle flow class with unpretentious environment is just what the doctor ordered!! Medicine for the body and soul... Loved it!!!”
“Highly recommend Mushin Ryu Aikido. Sensei is a very easy to relate to guy and incorporates other styles for a more well rounded style of Aikido. Drop by and check out for yourself.”
