She’s truly amazing at what she does. Unlike many places, Michelle never uses drills—she carefully files everything by hand, which leaves my nails looking natural and healthy. She’s also great at suggesting trendy designs and seasonal colors, which makes every visit feel fresh and exciting. On top of her skill, Michelle is incredibly welcoming and always goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. Their staff is very nice, especially Brianna, who assists them with the hair washing. She was very gentle when I told her I have a very sensitive scalp.“

New place, same fantastic owner! Serenus Nail and Day Spa is such a beautiful upgrade: clean, modern, and full of thoughtful touches like the shell-designed chairs and the super comfortable pedicure massage chairs. They’ve expanded their services too, which I love. I previously mentioned getting a short massage, and since then I booked a full session. It was absolutely amazing and genuinely healing. Just a heads-up: their massage therapist isn’t always on-site, so appointments do need to be booked in advance, but totally worth it.

They continue to take such good care of me every single time I visit. I saw one negative review and truly don’t understand it. My experiences have always been warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly understanding. Their prices are fair; often even more convenient than other high-end salons, and the quality never disappoints. They even did my wedding nails, and I loved everything about them.

Serenus Nail and Day Spa is still my go-to place. Highly, highly recommend!“

I do a lot of physical activity so my feet are not the easiest to deal with but she took all the time she needed to make sure that they were smooth and clean. “I went to Tay's to fix a few nails that were lifting and she did a fantastic job. She took down all the previous gel without damaging my nails. I absolutely love the job she did with the UV gell, they have been on for 2 and a half weeks now with 0 issues and still look as perfect as the day they were done! I will definitely be going back!
