John has a standard of excellence that's second to none; we contracted John to do a full closet conversion as well as external door replacements and we are so happy with the results. The craftsmanship is vividly clear in his work and it makes all the difference in the world. John's pricing is fair and the results are well worth it. I couldn’t be happier with the work On The Spot Home Improvements did in my condo. The transformation is incredible.
They converted my old tub into a gorgeous walk-in shower with beautiful tile work and a sleek glass enclosure. It honestly feels like a spa now. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding.
They also installed recessed lighting in my living room and bedroom, removed an old damaged drywall section that had peel-and-stick faux white brick, installed a new storm door to the balcony, and painted the entire apartment. This was our third (maybe 4th) project with OTS. Always pleasant and professional. It’s hard to know what a “fair price” is for a job. My hunch is that we pay a premium for the work done. That work is done with care. For instance, when the job was done there were left-over materials remaining on our drive, including several bags of cement mix. After these items were removed, the workers found our hose and thoroughly washed the dust from the drive. They weren’t asked or expected to do that. That they did was indicative of the service that’s typical with OTS.
