Jason Weber helped me strengthen my neck and shoulders as well as my hip and brought me back from feeling much pain and being physically limited to no pain and 100% ability to do yoga and run. He did this through listening to my story and creating individualized care based on understanding my condition and what had not worked in previous PT. Dr. Weber worked with me one-on-one each week to create exercises that got me back to 100% mobility for yoga poses and running hills. Dr. Weber also made adjustments to my spine and neck that enhanced my comfort and healing process. Dr. Weber is the best and has helped our family with everything from carpal tunnel to back, neck and shoulder issues. He helps you help yourself once you leave the office with pointers, exercises and referrals when necessary.
