I’m now in my third month at Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation, and I can honestly say this place rocks! Every aspect of care here has exceeded my expectations. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciate the flexible hours, with late availability on four days each week, which is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. Derynn, the receptionist, is always super kind and attentive. They send helpful text confirmations the day before your appointment so you never forget, and they always greet you with a warm smile the moment you walk in. It sets a positive tone from the start. The physical therapists, Jude and McKenzie, are absolutely phenomenal. Their expertise and attentive care have made a huge difference in my progress. Jenny, the PT aide, is just as incredible. She is always kind, supportive, and completely on point. Dr. Ferraro himself is extremely supportive and checks in with me regularly to see how I’m doing. His presence, attentiveness, and leadership really shine through. You can tell he’s not only passionate about helping patients but also about fostering a great team culture. It makes a big difference. The decompression therapy is state-of-the-art and has worked wonders for me, especially when paired with the well-structured routines of exercises, stretching, icing, and TENS. It is a comprehensive and thoughtful approach that truly works. If you’re serious about prioritizing your self-care and healing, I cannot recommend Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation enough. This team truly cares, and it shows in everything they do.
Excellent staff everybody works together!! They all take interest in the patients!!Very friendly and for the first time in my life I feel like l am on my way to recovery!!Highly recommend them!!
Amazing staff that treat you like family. Such a warm welcoming place. Every employee there is knowledgeable & can answer basically any questions you have. Wouldn’t recommend any other physical therapy or rehabilitation establishment.
