“Exceptional service, and the floors look great! Adam was incredible, efficient, informative, trust-worthy, and professional at every step of the process! He even took the lead in coordinating with the HOA. Being new to the Manhattan condo procedures, it was amazing to have someone like Adam helping us complete our forms (which he did not need to do) rather than simply providing the insurance COIs requested. He sent us photos and communicated along the entire job. He was knowledgeable and educated us along the way about our floors and repair options. Working with contractors can be stressful, but Adam made us feel so at ease and engaged despite being remote throughout the entire process, never meeting in-person. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Adam and Wood Vitalize!!!!“

“I heard about EC painting and home maintenance from my brother-in-law who recently used them for work in his home. He told me they are quick, efficient and do great work. I had house painting, concrete repairs and many other small minor things I asked them to fix. Efron and his staff are amazing. The work is true perfection. They take pride in everything they do. “Liz and her team are extremely professional, courteous, and and done 9n a timely fashion when it comes to getting the job done.I originally needed to do some light tile work on a small bathroom. As we started the work I noticed that I needed more work done on the house. I wasn't sure if they were able to do other jobs. So, I decided to ask if they were able to do some other jobs round the house not knowing what their team can or can't do. I'm glad I asked.Next thing I knew, they helped me with painting the rooms in the home, fixed my sump pump, an ejector pump, replaced the main shut off valve and the list went one.I still had a few more things that I need to do on my new home (roof, steps and other concrete work). “Greg and the GJA team repaired and sealed two mahogany porches for us recently. They also added some finish trim to our pool cabana and then painted it to match the cabana (exactly!). I can't say enough about the meticulousness of everyone on the team. Their work is excellent, they are true professionals, and they care for your home as if it was their own. We plan to have them back this Fall to paint the inside of our home. Highly recommended!“
