I have worked with Tom and Paul over the past couple years on multiple projects. Each time they provided a thorough and professional evaluation and came up with a detailed plan such as the proper underlayment given the location of the floor, wood species, grade, cut and dimension to meet the desired aesthetics while minimizing the impacts from humidity fluctuation, stains and finishes to ensure beauty and longevity of the hardwood floors.
