After researching and pricing out various services, I finally found AMA pest management and Jerome after being referred to by a neighbor. Not only are the prices competitive (we decided to go with the annual maintenance contract, which ended up being more affordable compared to other local pest control vendors). I’ve already used the services multiple times and am seeing the pricing benefit of the annual plan. Jerome is the utmost professional - thoroughly explaining what an issue is, how he is remediating, and next steps. He is always very responsive, including after hours.
