Once again I received outstanding service from Lou and the crew at a degree above especially want to thank our favorite technician Paul Mancini who always goes above and beyond to solve our problems
We have been ongoing customers of A Degree Above for 3 years now. They do our AC system maintenance every spring, and handled a heating system repair when a part broke a couple winters ago. They are always super professional and timely with scheduling, payments/receipts, and communicative, which is not always the easiest with service companies.
Special shout-out to our tech Jordan, who has been kind and great all the times he's been here, but especially for this— I'm immunocompromised (cancer) and always wear a mask when anyone comes into our home for my safety. This is one of the best companies. I called during that terrible heat wave and, as busy as they were from it, they came the next day and fixed the issue. We would have melted! I would not hesitate to use them again!
