Vincent recently inspected a house for us and he was awesome! He took his time and was incredibly detailed. He explained what everything meant, what items were serious and expensive to fix, and what was minor. Overall, I have a much better idea of what's going on with the house and property now, and I feel much more at ease. Worth every penny!! Even after writing up a detailed 17 page report of the home, when Vincent returned a few days later to pick up the radon test, he noticed some flooding and gutter issues due to the rain at the time. He didn't waste a moment in reaching out to notify us, as well as putting this new info in writing. If you need your home inspected, I could not recommend Vincent more highly.
