Jim was very professional. He arrived just on time. He identified exactly where the termites came in from (which nobody else did) and made the extra mile to conduct a thorough extermination job, both on the perimeter and in the house itself. Extremely Professional! Jim not only took care of the spiders and their nest, he’s also gave me an education on how to best treat insects in different weather conditions, what to use for mosquitos and ants that tend to get in the house. Price was exactly what was told! I hate to have to use him again, but if I do, I have him on speed dial! Thanks again Bear
