“Had messed with the bios on my pc and wasn’t able to boot it up. I explained to Ken exactly what I did and he spent a while over the phone telling me what may fix it before bringing it to him. I eventually brought it over to him and he told me I needed a new motherboard. He then took the time to help me order a new one that was within my price range and would be comparable with my old one. When the board arrived we worked out a day and he had it changed out within an hour. Awesome experience and I will be going back to him if I have an pc issues.“
