I had an issue with my Biria Easy Boarding, which I originally purchased from a dealer in Michigan. After moving out of state, the dealer told me to contact Biria Bikes headquarters for help. I emailed them, and they called me immediately. They asked for a quick explanation, resolved the problem right away, and honored the warranty since the bike was under a year old. Outstanding customer service.

Had a minor problem with a bike. I called Biria and spoke with Tony. He was extremely helpful. We mistakenly got the wrong item and again, Tony was extremely helpful and happily resolved it for us. Most businesses these days are not as helpful
