I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup recently. My sewer line collapsed on Jan. 14. Dennis and the water mitigation team came out and dealt with that emergency situation and mitigated to make sure further damage did not occur. They tore out part of my walls, floors, etc., and set up huge fans to dry everything out and prevent mold. Then David in the plumbing area took over and did A-1 work, he also set up for the excavation team to come out for the dig and replace the sewer line. Everything was done within a few days. Although it was super expensive (smart toilet install $1100), my plumber was great. Anthony informed me about every step of the process and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. They were also easy to schedule online.
