I just flew in from out of state, for work, and needed a pedicure. Hana, from Luv Nails and Spa, did a great job on my feet! She took her time and made sure my polish was perfect. The massage she gave my calves & feet was so relaxing! She earned her 5 stars, for sure!

Overall okay experience. This was my second time here it's nearby so I tried them again. In the beginning of my appointment I was a bit disappointed because I called to see if I could get a refill and pedicure done at 5:30 and wanted to relax and enjoy my pedicure but they watched to leave on time, I understand that but you should make that known before the customer comes in.
When I tell you I had the best pedicure I ever had in my life….. the time and effort she spent with me made me feel like a valued customer. In these days most technicians move you to get to the next client but Michelle took her time and I appreciated the care. Kudos to optimum customer service.
