Going back to what my craft was pre injury was extremely important to me. While also being careful not to push myself too much. R technique give you the right balance on exactly that.

Dr. Aaliyah is really excellent at what she does. She is attentive and will help you reach your goals. After surgery, she really helped me remobilize my shoulder. I am forever grateful. Highly recommend!

My favorite place ever! I get physical therapy and a great workout as well. Love the gravity free treadmill! Very professional and considerate of schedules/time. I do recommend to everyone!!Wonderful Protein Shakes!
