Matt Carr is honestly the best! I called with a bunch of issues, and he showed up so quickly it blew me away. He got right to work, figured out exactly what was going on, and fixed everything in no time. The whole process was stress-free because he’s not only fast and efficient, but also super friendly and easy to talk to.
What I really appreciated was how professional he was while still being approachable. He explained what he was doing so I understood, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and didn’t waste any time. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right the first time.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Preferred Plus! What I love most is that Matt is just a really great guy. He's super knowledgeable. His prices are more than fair. He's dependable, kind and so accommodating. He came to my rescue again today! And his workmanship is outstanding. He's my go-to guy for everything. He has fixed my toilet, radiators, trap drain in the basement, lighting fixtures, porch lights, furniture - always a job well done. I highly recommend Preferred Plus.
Matt removed and capped the lines on an old boiler in our basement. He and his assistant were very friendly and explained everything to me which was helpful as a first time home owner. They did a great job and I highly recommend Preferred Plus Home Services.
