Just want to add another five star review for Preferred Plus, (completely unsolicited, it's worth saying). We have had Matt (and Ryan) do many jobs for us over the years, including boiler replacement, leak repair, toilet installment, adding a water line for a new fridge, and even replacing an attic fan. He has always done an excellent and efficient job. He comes just as soon as he's available, has never tried to make us think a small job is a big one, and is truly reasonably priced. He's also a cheerful guy with plenty of good stories to tell. And Ryan likes our cats! I can't recommend them enough.
Hot water heater busted on a Saturday morning, by 12:00 noon new heater was fully installed. Matt was very prompt in replying and completing the job. Excellent professional work and service with a smile. Pricing was very fair and the whole process was as enjoyable as could be.

Matt was amazing!!! I lost heat last night and was beside myself calling different companies and getting quotes for my boiler. I ended up calling Matt at Preferred plus, Not only did he get to me at a very, very timely manner he diagnosed the problem right away! Very, very skilled tech technician! He took extra safety measures, checked the entire system, and made sure everything was working perfectly before cleaning up.
